Corporate and Youth Training Programme - Besides providing our clients with ICT solutions, ICTek believed that the customer's best practical knowledge is vital for flawless state of the art operation management systems. With this in mind, we started to introduce specialised training programs to our customers. Youth Coaching and Mentoring - ICTek in partnership with All About You’th works to provide all young people, under 25 with a range of enjoyable opportunities, challenging experiences and effective support that will enhance their personal, social and educative development and sense of identity during the transition to adulthood. The Youth programme involves live coaching and mentoring services in a friendly, non judgemental environment where confidentiality is paramount. Our sessions are not about making simplistic judgments about someone's life and telling that person how they ought to live it. Services will be effective and innovative because they will be based on the expressed needs, wants and interests of young people. Services will be accountable to young people who will have opportunities to challenge and progress priorities.
